I have a question about rules

I Have Mouse Settting Like Normal Click And Double Click Andstuff
But one rules says u cant use macrows or scrollweel as mouse button

my question is is doubleclicking allowed its basicly u double click sometimes when u just click once
i am just asking cuz i wanna go over to non hacking. if staff team would reply it would be helpfull
