-When a hacker is banned after a report by a player, does he get notified about the person who reported him?
-What is the punishment of teaming for the first, second and third times?
-What is the punishment for strong chat bullying? (Things like wishing you death or saying that your mother will get ''penetrated'' by a group of ''african race persons'')

It only gets to see the video, not the IGN, but sometimes able to get it out of the video.

1 day, then I believe 3 then a week, not quite sure though.

Targeted chat offenses are 1 month mutes, then perm if I'm correct.
