i can't use report site

hi when i want to report i need to register first so i go in cc and type /registerreports chat says "you aready have account" what should i do? please help me i want to report players :(

You have already logged in previously that is why the message shows "you already have an account" I should change the email or password of your email and be sure which is in this link https://reports.cubecraft.net/ report in the option shows [Forgotten Pasword] Click there and follow the steps! Good day ^^
