I cant report a hacker

I've got video evidence of hackers but cant report them. when i go to https://www.cubecraft.net/forums/report-a-player.24/ it just says: View attachment 172490
What do I do??!!

Also, when i go to some posts say I have to go to https://reports.cubecraft.net/login but im already logged in first of all and second of all it just says View attachment 172492

And I'm sure the password and email is correct and i even reset the password

You need to upload the video to Youtube and paste the link into the box on the report site. Did you do that? Seems like you just tried to add the video file to the site.
