Do you have sufficient funds for the rank, and are you putting all the details correctly?

double check your information before you put it in, if that doesn't work check how much you have on the card. I had to put in my information a couple of time before I bought my rank.

If you are, please don't try to purchase the rank again with that card. With this screen, it simply means that your bank provider does not accept that credit card. To fix this, try purchasing the rank with a different card.

Its better if you buy a paysafe card with the money and then you buy it

Try putting the money on a visa gift card. That's what I had to do.
