My username in game is tmassey, but was most likely MistTheSnitch when I was banned. I was banned for a compromised account, which I totally understand (because I remember getting an email a while back to change my password, and I did so), but when I go to create my ban appeal, it says that I have never joined the server and will not let me. In the past, I do not ever remember joining the server either, which seems weird to me, but I want to now because I recently saw a game I want to play on cubecraft. What is possible to fix this issue? Thank you so much :)
