I can’t speak

When I am playing on the servers I cannot speak on the chat, it doesn’t tell me that I’m not allowed it, it doesn’t appear in the chat for other people (I play with my brother and I put something in the chat and he can’t see it) but I can read all his messages. I was able to speak about a week ago but i can’t now, please fix this so I can communicate with people whilst I’m playing the game!

Hi Rosa, I checked your appeal page and you don't seem to have any punishments active, hence you're probably shadow muted. I recommend you read THIS guide to try and remove said shadow mute.

I tried and the Xbox website won’t let me get into my private settings it says ‘ Hay un problema temporal con el servicio. Inténtalo de nuevo. Si sigues recibiendo este mensaje, vuelve a intentarlo más tarde. ‘ when i enter the code- thank you for your help but i might just make a new account if I can’t find a solution to my problem
