I bought Eggwar Rank and I didn't get anything.

I just bought my Eggwards Rank on Window 10 edition for 1690 Minecoins. It has been 1 hour and I don't have access to cages, no VIP, and i can't choose Overpowered, normal, or hardcore mode on Eggwars. When do I get my rank? Is it a glitch? I know I didn't get scammed so what is happening?

Did u go to loot for getting cages or else?
