I bought a gold rank and didn't get it

Hi,

A week ago I bought a gold rank and i didn't receive it at first i thought it was a technical issue but then as days went by i still didnt get i would not like a refund i would prefer being given the rank I paid for. I have already contacted cubecraft sales... they didnt reply

They aim to contact you within 3 days if contacting them

When you get a response from cubecraft you will see if your purchase went through. There is a chance that it didnt, due to the payment wall when you buy something.
