I think they should remove hunger from EggWars because when you are running away from an enemy and you run out of hunger it can be annoying and a easy chance for someone to kill you.

i dont think so, hunger makes you regenerate life faster or slower so it wouldnt make any sense, plus runners would increase in an advantage

I have mixed opinion on this suggestion, here's why.
Advantage of hunger:
- Regenerate health faster when at full
Disadvantage of hunger:
- Cannot sprint if at 6 hunger points (3 food bars)
If hunger is removed, the disadvantage will be removed, however, you'll heal at the same speed as in Minecraft Java 1.8 (half a heart every 4 seconds, which will make golden apples more important.

Some times u have to run, its not always about fighting

ik but this would help people to run 20 mins till the ¨winning team¨disconnect because they will be bored and annoyed

This has been suggested before and I don't think this should be removed from the gamemode.
