I have a handmade blanket, those are very heavy and they keep you very warm.

You can also use a pillow that you can heat in the microwave.

What also helps is wearing big socks, because your feet are almost the whole time in contact with the cold floor which means that you loose much bodyheat.

Hot drinks can also help :D
