How to report a hacker in-game because that will be very helpful as I have encountered some hackers during my gameplay.

Hi! If you’re playing on Java you can report hackers with the command /report (Iron+) or report them here.

If you’re playing on bedrock you can report them here. Make sure to read this before.

It's not possible to report hackers ingame, unless you've bought a rank. Instead you should report rulebreakers here:
