Pro hacker.
Probably sentinel detected it but, as you know or may know, sentinel doesn't ban hackers on Bedrock. It only frags them, so a moderator can watch the hacker for a few seconds to see if they are hacking and, then, banning them if so.

If this would happen in java the hacker would already have been banned haha. However, don't worry because it's getting worked on bedrock. At the moment we count with specializated mods who get the notifications and they're in charge of ban them, that's why at the moment they need more moderators on bedrock.

The bedrock anticheat is still under development so until they get it ready you can only report them at Report a Bedrock Player or a bug and get them banned.
