How do you make your own skin for Bedrock?

you can choose a skin you like on this website and download it on your compute. https://nl.namemc.com/
then on minecraft go to:
1. your profile
2. edit character
3. owned
4. import
5. select the skin you downloaded

An example of the server problem I was talking about. You can see the ping mismatch between my client and what the server says. If I was actually lagging, the ping number on my client would be much higher. The ping spike happened after playing a few matches in the server, which makes it impossible to have a long session without lagging or having to relog.
