I wouldn't recommend playing cubecraft on 1.16 for packet issue reasons.

It's preferred to play cube on 1.12.2 for the best experience.

my friends also play 1.16.3 and it works fine for them, only to me ... so it doesn't depend on the version

I am just suggesting you to play on 1.12.2 to avoid packet issues.

Hey there!

Did a little bit of research, went to Minecraft's official site and some others.

These are 4 different answers I found.

First (from Mojang) : contact *server*, it's their fault. In this case, could you tell me if it's only cubecraft or all servers? If it's only cubecraft, this is your solution : contact support@cubecraft.net and they'll help you further!

Second: "Try setting your render settings to 2 chunks before logging in (Can't promise this will fix it)."

!! Please keep in mind I copied this from another forum !!

Third: "Hey there, this might be your DNS Resolver Cache using old data, do not worry though, there is an easy fix for this.
I am assuming you are on a Windows OS.
1. Press the Windows key and R at the same time, this should pop up a box called "Run"
2. In that box, fill in the following: "cmd" and press enter.
3. A box with a black background should pop up, fill in the following: "ipconfig /flushdns" and press enter.
4. Restart minecraft and try logging in again.
As I have gotten some questions about this method: This is not illegal in any way, it is simply cleaning your ip log, allowing your pc to use new data."

!! Please keep in mind I once again copied this from another forums, and myself I have no idea what this all means !!

As said above, play on 1.12.2 Versions 1.13+ are very poorly optimized, and they perform not nearly as well as versions 1.12.2 and below. The issue only gets worse with newer versions. 1.16 performance is a little worse then 1.15, which is a little worse then 1.14, etc
