I don't think this is possible as for the reason mentioned above, that it can be very hard to code. Alongside the fact that they (probably) need to get a license/agreement on whether they can recreate the game on their server. AFAIK, Fall Guys is now a dead game, and it wouldn't give an advantage to the server other than creating a 'new game hype' for a week. I hope you understand

MinerWare is what you're looking for. It's similar to Fall Guys as in it has different minigames. But I do think a Fall Slimes gamemode would be interesting.
