Asus Zenfone 2 Laser! I have that one and I must say that it's really nice. Also the camera is way better than others as the laser helps it to focus faster.

I wouldn't buy a phone for 150-200 euro these days. reason ? because those cheap phones always get slower and slower everyday not only that , but the battery's on those phones are just so bad. I'm not a Iphone/samsung fanboy. but i had a samsung galaxy s5 and it was like the best phone ever when it was just released. but in january this year i selled it because it was just to slow in my opinion , and after many updates it feels like its getting slower and slower , and if there is one thing that i hate is apps that are crashing when i use them. and that happened a lot. anyway i highly recommend you to buy a iphone 6 , i buyed it in January and i have no regret at all. i buyed it with a subscription. It isn't in that 150-200 category but if you want a nice high-end phone , you should definitely go for the Iphone 6.

I would recommend the OnePlus X for around 270€ (a little over your bugdet, I know)
