It's hard to help when you don't tell us what issue you got.

You have to explain more what the problem is instead of just asking for help since it's hard for people to guess because we all got different problems and maybe we just list a lot of things you don't get any help from.

This is a known issue. You can check for updates at status.cubecraft.net

The error is a screen that says "could not connect", or simply "connecting to the external server" but never goes.
