Help! Appeals don't work forme

So, I don't know why I got banned, I changed my password and my username, I tried to appeal but it says i never joined the server. Help!

I have removed the screenshot of your appeal code. If you have changed your name since you have been banned, try using the previous name that you had. Or you can try using your unique user id in place of your name.

Then, just follow what Snodia said, by using your old username. Also, it says you never logged on the server with that IGN. You have another account?
