Don't know how to report a hacker :
If you report a hacker some requirements are needed.
You need to provide video evidence. ( If your video is longer as 3 minutes provide the minute the player is hacking. )
Make sure the nametag is visible. ( If not the player won't get banned. )
Also make sure the video is not laggy.
