you!!! Are they just trying to boss you around??? Plz answer

They are just being like this:
A guy:get out of my core or I will hack all of you
That happen in block wars and one time a person was like I use hack! And I warn him/her then the person goes say sorry or I will hack you

This can be reported as a DDoS attack. Although it's not a report option, I'd put it under Scamming as it usually warrants the same punishment.
