Can I give criticism without being killed? Ok then... most of your works look the same which is weird because they don't have a specific style, and they take a lot of time (5 hours? A day?) even tho they aren't really that... High quality...Try practicing Lineart and facial expressions, also shading should fit the theme (Minecraft) not just a shade on the hair.
