/fr command

Hi there,

As you all know there is a new friend system and I like it but I think it might be useful to add the command /fr .

It's basicaly the same as the /r command to react to other people because it's anoying to type the whole command again.

So if someone send you a friend msg you can type /fr to react to the friend msg. I think it isn't much work to add and I think it would be REALY useful because people are too lazy to type the command over and over again.

to give you a little screen of the command you only have to type this:
