This is a hard one:
1) This person has a new forums account now
2) This person randomly followed a lot of people
3) This person does not speak english as his/her main language
4) This person is pretty active on a the new forums account he/she has.
5) This person has become way more known while being on the account he/she has now
Remember: You gotta guess the guy I talked about, not his new account
