Fix map chosing menu

I don't know what's wrong with it, but the map chosing menu is glitched with me, sometimes it shows there's no map open, sometimes it shows that it has double the players. I first thought this was only me, but a friend of mine recently said he had it to, soooo... please fix. (Java edition)

The first bug is known and I just reported the second bug in staff help and they didn't know I may do a bug report about the double players after

ive been having this problem a lot lately and its getting super frustrating :'( reminds me of being a stone rank, unable to make map selections :P
