People get too triggered with wannabe, once someone talks about it or makes a thread about, drama starts.
Filtering the word is not a bad idea in my opnion

Literally every thread has mentioned the word 'helper wannabe' at least once. Mentioning helper wannabes is not worth it, because that gives them attention and that's what they want. Btw, you can't call everyone a helper wannabe, because not everyone wants to be a helper. Also, Sentinel is the biggest helper wannabe ever! I have mentioned the word 'helper wannabe' like a thousand times, so please filter this word, because it annoys me. What do you think of tspacecatniss everdeen instead of helper wannabe?
(I know I'm hypocritical, maybe because I'm a helper wannabe myself <: Ok no, just filter the word.)

Yes please, it is very rude.
I was thinking about making a thread but I didnt want to get hated on it. I 100% agree on this (I have seen it before and it probably hurts emotionally)

If you are gonna whitelist the word "HELPER Wannabe" , You will also block the word Helper. The word helper can't be blocked because people still have to say the word to get to the helper or other staff members or if they have questions about Helpers.
