Hey! Where is End Portal and on what map is it? I need it for achievement!

I believe it is currently not possible to get it, since you could only do it on maps which are now removed.
I'm asking staff about it tho

EDIT: It is known to be unobtainable and they are working on fixing it

Years ago there was a map which has elytra in all kits, and at the bottom of the map there was a portal. If a player flew into the portal, he/she would be teleported to the top of the map
