Java Featured Games Double Points

I think featured games should have double points enabled at all time, just to give it that little extra :D

I think in general its a good idea, however I do not think it would be a good idea in the circumstances because this can mess with the player statistics, it wouldnt give us an accurate reading of the player count if we thought about re-adding it.
