Java Share multipliers between players

I think it would be cool to have a way to give a multiplier/points to other players.
Back in 1.12 it was possible to do this, but it got removed because of the p2w nature of it. They should return this feature without needing a rank.

It would be great to have that back, It was quite easy to level up, but yea there are so much people high level, it's not that special anymore
