Yes, many helpers/assistants and apps don't perform their functions in full. Often it's simply the automation of routine work to process incoming data. But not all work on this principle. For example, assistance in programming AnswerShark website provides and gives a quick feedback about your task and how to solve it. Thus, it takes much less time.
