When are they for ?

Will factions be pvp or tnt ?

Max people in a faction ?
I think 20-35 is good
Will there be a shop/currency ?
Hopefully yes.. Vampire, Double Edge...
Will there be kits/specific cubelet rewards?
Hopefully yes.. like mob spawners from cubelets...
Custom enchants ?
Unique custom enchants from rewards ?
Hopefully yes..
Will there be monster spawners?
The ability to silk touch them?
Will they be available in the wild ?
Silk touch on spawners AND finding them in the wild is bad for the economy.
I prefer not finding them in the wild and being carefull where to place the bought ones.
Hmm I don't have much else to ask.
