It'd be usefull is some ways if you get disconnected whilst coming from that game, to join back and help your team.

However, the way you're stating your suggestions does not give any information of what will be the pro's and con's for this. Would be nice if you added it a bit more in depth :)

So you are trying to get around the whole thing about not having a party system, but if you be patient enough the party system is coming soooo....

Neat idea, anyways I'd like to suggest a cooldown because this could be abused easily.
Also, the game could be filled with 100 spectators, this may cause lag so I'm not sure if they could add a specific number of spectators who can join the game.

Joining games in progress isnt possible unless its the PVP server (excluding duels) this isnt like mineplex
