Ok guys I wanted to ask why do we get night vision on the map "Area 51" but not on "Space" ? It's night time on both maps.

Also when you die on Area 51 you lose your night vision.

Well here are tips to get infinite night vision:

• Type in your search bar from your documents: %appdata%
• Click on ".minecraft".
• Search the note book "Options".
• Click on it.
• On the fourth line you see "Gamma", put it on 1000.
• Et Voila! You've got infinite Night vision. ;)

I also use this Gamma brightness. Good for UHC games, wich I guess a little bit cheating? Because you've got an advantage. :P

I think they wanted it to be a little realistic. As you search up Area 51 on Google images you notice it's located in a desert and when you have night vision at night time, it looks more realistic of how a desert would typically looks like at night. For the map Space you don't get night vision because it's space and it's always dark.

This is a true statement here. I agree with this as well. It makes space look more realistic. Plus it also makes space a little more challenging!
