Hello,

The player is not cheating, when you start hitting them they first get knockback but then receive very little because they are up against a block, which could make it seem like anti-kb although it is not.

Bedrock sometimes doesnt do any kb at all. I doubt they are hacking, and it would count as insufficient anyway
