Disallowed connection why?

So I was recently playing with my friends on eggwars and I suddenly get kicked. When I try to join again this appears: https://prnt.sc/m42ww5

So I figured out I might as well got banned as this has happened in the pass bc of my weak connection. It is also to note that Im using optifine so that could mean something idk.

So when I go to appeal to my ban this pops up: "You were BANNED by cc_sentinel for Sentinel caught you cheating! (Anticheat)" . When I try to input the code that is given to me on the screenshot an error pops up. Please help as I've played on this server from the very beginning and I don't want to lose all my progress.

Your IP is temporarily blocked because Sentinel banned an account on your IP address. The duration of your IP block is automatically decided by Sentinel, but is invisible to staff members, so we can't provide an exact date of expiry.

The code you see is an error code; not your appeal code. Your appeal code will become visible once the IP block expires. :)

It's calculated by Sentinel, based an the number of accounts -and their punishments- that are associated with your account, current and past IP addresses. Considering that some accounts have thousands of accounts associated with theirs, these IP blocks can take up to multiple months, but it's most commonly less than a day if your hobby isn't mass attacking CubeCraft.
