In all honesty, being a Developer requires extensive knowledge of Java and Spigot. You have to be able to adapt to Coding complex Minigames to fixing bugs. The best way to learn Java is by using Oracle. That would be a great start!

Way to get to developer: back in the days, the jr.dev applications were over, when you become jr.dev and you are very active, helpfull and very good at coding, you will probaly be promoted to dev.
