Try to delete the cach data in the game
Try to delete the cache data of minecraft from the setting of the app
If you are using a ressource pack remove it
Delete in the game the marketplace cache
Update your game to the last version 1.20.31 or 1.20.40
If this dont work so pleaz contact the support in the discord or here in the formus

Try to update your version of phone or of the play store or if you are on pc try to restaret you all system and check if there are a problem in softwar and update it or reload your exbox account
