Resolved Cubecraft Bedrock after loading up a game, I load with no other assets, just floating. Will crash if I try to leave. Any ideas?

Hi All, I'm a lost Dad.. can someone please point me in the right direction. I have Minecraft 1.7.30 installed and my daughter use to be able to play cubecraft bedrock server but now when she joins a match, she will load floating in the air with nothing else spawned. If she tries to quit the game crashes. Any ideas?
