yeah some team almost got trapped inside middle. That wouldn't have been a fun game if that happened...

camping is not a bannable offense

It is not at the moment due to the strictness the current ban system has, once the new system kicks in, they may add a short ban period. (If i remember correctly they can't ban lesser than a month)
It is still an offence which can get them kicked (staff should be able to check their ban/mute/kick records) and use them for future reference.
So yeah, even if it isn't a bannable offence right now, it is still not allowed so > bad end <
