Sorry to be the one telling you this, but i think basically everyone did this once but if i remember correctly you cannot reply to a post which has not seen replies for more than 3 weeks, but this is only the case for community made theads (non featured) so featured threads, news posts and profile posts are excluded (prob some other things too but i don't remember it all)
