Restarting the server will not remove the lag. In most cases it could cause more lag since all the 30,000 people will be connecting at the same time. This will fill up lobbies at much quicker rates which could potentially cause lag.

It's just your internet. Contact your ISP if you'd want a better internet connection.
TIP: If you are living in the US, a US server is coming soon, (as I've heard), so you should not get any lag then, but a better internet connection should be good.

Exactly, restarting the server everyday won't remove the re-occurring lag. If anything, it's going to be creating more lag for the server because of the mass amounts of people having to log into the server at the same time. Imagine 30k players logging onto the server at the same time.. do you think that this won't have consequences?
