COnnecting Keyboard and mouse on Console bannable?

Idk where to put this because I know I doesn't belong here but someone wanted to do a challenge of connecting a keyboard and a mouse to their switch. I just want to know if its bannable nothing else

I think they will match you against other keyboard+mouse players with the “new” matchmaking. Its not new anymore

I have never played on console, so I am not sure if this is possible, but couldn't you abuse this by joining a game and then connecting your keyboard and mouse?
