I have a suggestion :
My suggestion is about gifts. When I want to give a player a rank or a gift, I cannot write on it any notes such as "Happy birth day" or "You are the best friend" and others to express the value of the gift.
What is the use of this suggestion?
This suggestion is useful for knowing the reason for sending the gift and for example I gave my friend a rank because of his birthday, so I would like to congratulate him Writing on the text of the gift. I mean Writing a text (congratulations) when sending the gift (rank)

I don't understand exactly what you mean but as far as notification is, there is no such thing as a rank transfer or gift
