Said that, it really depends on what you want to learn. C++ is complex and not a good idea for a beginner, for instance, you can find awesome books about it too. Java, for example, is more popular, not as complex as c++ and its website has some great tutorials

Books and paid courses tend to be better than free tutorials, though
