When it comes to reporting 3 things:
Make sure it's under 5 minutes (Good job on this one! )
Make sure it's no older than 2 weeks,
Report them ASAP! All bans can take place through https://reports.cubecraft.net
Staff cannot ban people just like that. They can only issue bans either through the report website or if they see someone in-game!

If you upload footage of hackers here, staff won't punish them.
