All that ranks you said are staff, everybody know it so in my opinion it should be as they look now. They are shorter and it would be a bit annoying watching that long tags every time.

He suggests to change the Staff prefix. For example, the Helper prefix would change from [Helper] to [Helper Team]. That's what he's suggesting, right?
