Wolfii is a developer, thus does a lot of background work rather than ingame or on the forums.
While helpers need forum activity to show their social skills, developers don't. Because they are developers. They develop.

Then you should work on developing a more open form of sarcasm, becuase 100% people wouldn't see it as a joke. Because there are still legit people judging "quality of staff members" (discrimination more than anything) by their messages / likes.
