Can't Make An Appeal

I got banned for having an alternate account to BlackEagle1 when I didn't do anything wrong so I made my appeal at https://appeals.cubecraft.net/ and once I was done It just brought me to the start off the appeal telling me to put in my username I don't know why this is happening at all and I really would like to play some mini-games on this great server.

You won't be banned for nothing and when you go back to the begin of the website ; you have successfully appealed!
