Can't Buy Rank

Hello, I am trying to buy the gold rank. I bought a 100$ Gift card to buy this rank when I try to buy it with the "Debit/Credit" Payment Method it says Transaction Wasn't Completed. Now I've tried all the other payment methods and nothing seems to work What should I do?

Excactly what it did to me I was going to pay 70 for a diamond rank for a birthday gift but I couldn't now I don't like cube craft as much!!!!
