Can't Buy Gold Rank

I am trying to buy gold rank (from stone), and after I insert all of my information, it processes, and then says the transaction wasn't completed. I'm using a supported card (Not AMEX) so thats not the problem. One time it sent me to some SMS message from the UAE? I don't know, it seemed kinda sketchy... I had issues buying my iron rank. The first day it said exactly what your one says, the second day it went through but took nearly 45mins to process xD.
Just give it time or wait for the new store update.
